چکیده
Introduction: Dengue fever is the most common cause of arboviral disease. presents with confusing clinical profile and dengue diagnosed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Hematological parameters like platelet count, hematocrit, leucocyte count peripheral smear findings will aid in diagnosis whereas malaria which responsible for Leukemia, anemia thrombocytopenia. Method: Total number cases was 138. Out 121 IgM positive Malaria 107 rapid card test were selected. period 1 year. Jan 2020 to Sep 2021. Result: incidence 66.10% up 30yrs age group, where as 60.90%. more females(64.50)% than Males(35.50%) compared malaria. Reduction RBC less 4 million (48.76) (48.76%). malaria(74.76%) dengue(46.23%). Conclusion: Raised thrombocytopenia, leucopenia, atypical lymphocytes early infection. changes their diagnostic values infected patients found out that hemoglobin levels, white blood cell counts, counts significantly reduced.

Differentiating between dengue fever and malaria using hematological parameters in endemic areas of Thailand
BACKGROUND Dengue fever (DF) and malaria are the two major public health concerns in tropical countries such as Thailand. Early differentiation between dengue and malaria could help clinicians to identify patients who should be closely monitored for signs of dengue hemorrhagic fever or severe malaria. This study aims to build knowledge on diagnostic markers that are used to discriminate between...

متن کاملHematological Changes in Patients of Malaria
Malaria is an epidemiological problem at the global level. In Indian sub continent it is a major cause of mortality in immunosupressed patients and in extreme ages of life. Our study is based on early detection of malaria by hematological parameters. A study on 287 malaria patients was carried out at P.D.U Medical College, Rajkot between 1st July 2009 to 31st December 2009 with an objective to ...
